Returns are accepted only for items that are unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Please keep all packaging until the return process is fully completed.
Non-Returnable Items

- Personal preference (color, appearance, comfort)
- Incorrect parameters selected by the customer
Return & Refund Process
- Refund deadline: Within 14 days of receiving the goods

- Wait for return approval before shipping
- Ship the item with tracking information
- Refund issued within 10 business days after inspection
Shipping Costs & Faulty Items
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed defective or damaged. Clear photos are required for verification.
